GOSPEL ON THE GRASS, OCTOBER 23, 2010

We will hold our 11th annual popular “Gospel on the Grass” singing and country picnic on Saturday, October 23, 2010. The old fashioned Gospel Singing by several popular local groups will be accompanied by free hot dogs and chips. A different gospel singing group will be featured each half hour from 11:00 am to 3:00 P.M. The singing will include Southern Gospel, Bluegrass, Praise and Worship, Christian Rock and traditional Christian music. There will be face painting, historical tours, popcorn, candy apples and children’s games. The best part is that all activities are free! However, this year we have added a yard sale, a craft sale and a bake sale to the list of things to do. Hours for the sales will be 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

LUMBER RIVER QUARTET, JUNE 5, 2011

Please join us for a great evening of Southern Gospel music with the Lumber River Quartet (lumberriverministries.com) fromLumberton, NC on Sunday, June 5, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. Tere (tereayersmusic.com) will also be appearing. A love offering will be received for the quartet.
